Welcome to Kuhudak. Our goal is to create a safe, respectful, and inspiring environment where travelers can share their experiences, stories, photos, videos, and other travel-related content.

By publishing, sharing, or interacting with content on Kuhudak, you agree to comply with this Content Policy.

1. Publish Original Content Only

You may publish or share only content that:

  • You created yourself; or
  • You have explicit permission or the legal right to use and share.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Audio recordings
  • Graphics
  • Illustrations

Do not publish or upload content copied from websites, blogs, social media platforms, books, newspapers, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, or any other source without the copyright owner’s permission.

2. Copyright Protection

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Repeated copyright violations may result in content removal, temporary account suspension, or permanent account termination.

3. Sharing Content Outside Kuhudak

The copyright and ownership of content published by members on the Kuhudak Community remain with the original content creator.

You may not:

  • Copy, download, or republish another member’s content without permission.
  • Share another member’s articles, photos, videos, or other content on any website, social media platform, app, or publication without the creator’s explicit consent.
  • Use another member’s content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Always obtain permission from the original creator before sharing or using their content outside Kuhudak.

4. Adult and Sexual Content

Kuhudak is a family-friendly travel platform.

The following content is strictly prohibited:

  • Pornographic or explicit sexual content
  • Nudity intended for sexual gratification
  • Sexual exploitation or abuse
  • Sexually suggestive or fetish-related content
  • Promotional links to adult websites or services

Content containing limited nudity for educational, historical, cultural, or artistic purposes may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Violence and Harmful Content

Do not publish content that:

  • Promotes or glorifies violence or criminal activity.
  • Contains excessively graphic or disturbing scenes of violence.
  • Encourages self-harm or suicide.
  • Promotes dangerous activities or harmful challenges.

Content that celebrates, encourages, or incites violence or physical harm is not permitted on Kuhudak.

6. Hate Speech and Harassment

We do not allow content that:

  • Attacks, insults, or degrades any individual or group.
  • Promotes hatred or discrimination.
  • Encourages bullying, harassment, or intimidation.
  • Contains threats or abusive language.

Treat every member of the Kuhudak community with respect, regardless of their background, identity, or opinions.

7. False or Misleading Information

Do not intentionally publish or share:

  • False information
  • Fake news
  • Misleading travel advice
  • Fraudulent offers or scams
  • Content that impersonates an individual, organization, or business

Whenever possible, verify the accuracy of travel-related information before publishing it to help other travelers make informed decisions.

8. Privacy and Personal Information

Respect everyone’s privacy.

Do not publish another person’s personal information without their permission, including:

  • Phone numbers
  • Email addresses
  • Home or workplace addresses
  • Government-issued identification or official documents
  • Financial information
  • Private conversations
  • Personal photos or videos

Sharing someone’s private information without their consent may result in the removal of your content and further enforcement action.

9. Spam and Promotional Content

The following types of content are strictly prohibited:

  • Spam posts
  • Duplicate or repetitive content
  • Clickbait
  • Misleading advertisements
  • Unauthorized commercial promotions
  • Referral or affiliate spam

Promotional content may only be published with the explicit approval of Kuhudak.

10. Illegal Content

Do not upload, publish, or promote content related to:

  • Illegal activities
  • Pirated content
  • Counterfeit or fake products
  • Illegal drugs or controlled substances
  • Human trafficking
  • Wildlife trafficking
  • Terrorist or violent extremist organizations

Content that violates applicable laws or promotes criminal activity may be removed immediately and may be reported to the appropriate authorities where required by law.

11. Travel Content Guidelines

When publishing travel-related content:

  • Provide accurate and reliable information whenever possible.
  • Respect local cultures, customs, traditions, and the environment.
  • Do not encourage illegal, unsafe, or environmentally harmful activities.
  • Do not disclose sensitive locations or information that could endanger wildlife, archaeological sites, protected areas, or other vulnerable places.

We encourage responsible travel that helps protect destinations for future generations.

12. AI-Generated Content

AI-assisted content is permitted on Kuhudak, provided that it:

  • Does not infringe copyright or intellectual property rights.
  • Is not misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent.
  • Complies with all other provisions of this Content Policy.

Where appropriate, Kuhudak may ask users to disclose whether content was created or significantly assisted by AI, particularly if it could reasonably mislead readers about its origin or authenticity.

13. Content Moderation

To maintain a safe, respectful, and high-quality platform, Kuhudak may take appropriate action when necessary, including:

  • Reviewing any content published on the platform.
  • Removing content that violates this Content Policy.
  • Limiting the visibility of inappropriate or harmful content.
  • Temporarily suspending or permanently terminating accounts that repeatedly or seriously violate these rules.
  • Cooperating with law enforcement or other relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

To protect the safety and integrity of the Kuhudak community, these actions may be taken without prior notice when necessary.
